New agreement signed between by the Brazilian Government on 7th June 2019

A new agreement has been signed between the Brazilian Government, ACTP, Germany, and various partners to support the Spix’s Macaw Re-introduction Project. Mark Stafford of Parrots International posted a statement on this to this Facebook page, which I reproduce here because of its importance. This has already appeared on today’s News page (10th June 2019), but it is more than newsworthy.
