Bad news from Brazil about the wind farm

I have just heard that Volitalia, the French energy company that wanted to construct a large wind farm in the habitat of the Lear’s Macaw in Bahia has unfortunately got a court decision  - at the upper Federal Court - to suspend the last decision, which prevented them from constructing the wind farm, thus authorising the company to continue with the construction of the wind farm.

Let us hope that an appeal against this latest decision and any other legal action is successful  although Volitalia is powerful, financially and politically.
