The magistrate deciding the fate of the 144 parrots confiscated by HM Customs & Excise from Harry Sissen has at long last given his judgment. 100 are to be returned to the breeder and the remaining 44, including the three Lear's Macaws (Anodorhynchus leari)and six Blue-headed Macaws (Ara couloni) illegally acquired will remain with HM Customs & Excise for placement.
